I booked with PFB as their prices are competitive and the service is great. Sacha looked after me, going through really really swift process to complete the initial paper work and checking over the van I was hiring, she explained everything carefully. Upon return l, it was simple to deliver the van back and once again the process was swift and smooth. The van itself was clean and well maintained. Hired a 7.5 van for the weekend. Staff were excellent both before and after service. I had to change the collection days and times, the staff were very understanding and helpful. Had a slight problem with the van which was resolved immediately once I spoke to the staff. Would definitely use again and recommend. Meet 4 members of staff who all were easy to speak to and supportive.
